Hotels Celebrate Boys 2 Men Month aka "Movember "

Certain cultivators are no doubt celebrating the recent legalization of marijuana out west, but others are cheering a different kind of �grower� this fall. Movember has arrived!.

This is the month of mustache madness, (we've seen it spelled both ways and we're going this version) which means plenty of bad facial hair and lots of frustrated girlfriends all across the country. But it�s all good ladies--support for prostate cancer research.

This year, we've seen a few hotels offering sincere and socially acceptable ways for you to help contribute, so we're detailing them here.

San Francisco�s Hotel Adagio is showing Movember support with a �Get Stached and Give Back� package, donating 10% of every room rate and $1 from "Mustache Monday" signature cocktails to charity.

All six of London's Park Plaza properties are doing the same sort of thing with Movember Mo-jitos, and Hotels Villegia with properties in Canada, are offering $99 hotel rooms (with $10 going to charity) to anyone sporting a 'stache.

If nothing else, it's a good excuse to get your drink on, but in all seriousness we raise our glasses to these properties doing their part. Last year, the Movember movement raised $126.3 million in the United States alone. Be sure to ask about Movember packages for any of your upcoming hotel stays this month, and support your friends in their efforts regardless of how ridiculous they end up looking.
