We were almost three hours early for our appointment, but opted to laze by this pool to escape the kids down at the main one. We were so chilled out, even with spa guests and therapists coming and going, that we fell asleep.
The next day, we didn't even bother with the main pool and once again retreated up the hill to Sense. Since most beach resorts have spas and many have their own pools, this is a good strategy to keep in mind if you're trying to escape young'uns.
One awesome plus for the main pool at Little Dix Bay, however: big dispensers of SPF 30 waterproof sunscreen (one for kids or sensitive skin). Note to all hotels with pools: do this.
We stayed at Rosewood Little Dix Bay as a guest of the hotel while on assignment for a sports publication but all opinions of pools and other amenities are our own.
