The Inn is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, with antiques and objects d'Art like no other. Make sure you have dinner reservations ahead of time though as the restaurant fills up months in advance. And you should you not get a reservation, good luck as there is basically no where else to eat in the small town of Washington (population: just under 400.) [Ed. Note: The same can be said of the hotel's guestrooms as there are only 18 of them, starting around $500 a night.]
At the end of your meal at the Inn, if you want to try a cheese selection, the cheese expert (known as the Resident Cheese Whiz) will bring the Inn's very own personal cow out to your table where you can choose from 50 of the best cheeses ever. The cow's name is Faira and though she's not real, she does moo.
Bring your pocketbooks though. Faira is a very expensive date and at $160 a person, she better be good in bed!
