Naturally, no one from LVMH or Amanresorts is willing to comment publicly but where there's a whiff of Italian, handcrafted leather and expensive perfumes, there's a hotel takeover waiting to happen. Ok, maybe not but this bit of news coupled with the info from our source makes it seem almost like a done deal.

From the Bloomberg report it doesn't sound like Amanresorts will be changing much but remember, LVMH is still raring to go with their Cheval Blanc hotels as well. We shall see! (Twirls little mustache while sipping espresso and searching pockets for a smoke.)
