At the new restaurant, Elevado will use classic techniques to fuse Asian and Italian cuisines. The room service and poolside menus will feature market-driven produce and different twists on familiar staples that showcase Elevado's love of green ingredients. The chef cut his teeth under acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa at Nobu in New York City and in Social House in Las Vegas.
We're looking forward to a change-up from the Californian-French cuisine to more exotic Asian-Italian fare. But let's hope that L'Ermitage also changes the restaurant's name from the hella boring and generic moniker The Restaurant.
