The Four Seasons Chicago Gives Kids Free Fondue, Is An Ageist
The Four Seasons Chicago seriously has a junk food addiction. First it offers an on-call ice cream man to scoop sundaes for National Ice Cream Month. Then it creates its own gourmet hot dogs for National Hot Dog Month. Now it's serving fondue to kiddies (and no, it isn't National Fondue Month).
All children who check into the hotel will get the above tasty-looking new fondue welcome amenity. Bring your kids to the Chicago hotel and maybe they'll be nice enough to share with you.
The sweet platter comes with a pot of chocolate fondue, Rice Krispies treats, cookies and yellow cake with some tasty toppings like sprinkles. It's a nice departure from the usual milk and cookies snack the short set gets at check-in. It's a big enough portion to share, but even if your bratty brood won't give you a nibble, you can always grab a hot dog or, better yet, call the ice cream man.
To get hopped up on fondue or other sugary goodness, rooms start at $470 a night.
