Tobey Maguire Gets in Trouble for Playing Poker in Beverly Hills Hotels

We're guessing Tobey Maguire's Spidey senses weren't tingling when he allegedly participated in underground poker games at swanky hotels like Four Seasons Beverly Hills and the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Maguire is being sued by investors who claim that the must return the $300,000 he won from Ponzi-schemer Brad Ruderman, the CEO of Ruderman Capital Partners who allegedly lost $25 million of investor funds, People reported.

Apparently, Maguire would join in the twice-a-week games at suites in the hotels. The Four Seasons has seven different suites. We're guessing the Texas Hold 'Em was played in the 1,809-square-foot Royal Suite, which has two bedrooms and a dining room table that could host some games, or the 1,250-square-foot Premier Suite, which also has a large dining table that seats six as well as a butler's pantry.

In the Beverly Hills Hotel, there are various suites and signature suites, though we're guessing the bungalows, which provide poker-playing stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon privacy, were the spot. The bungalows have private entrances and are practically like houses.

Keep an eye out at the hotels for the celebrity high rollers.
