The Mandarin Oriental Paris Will Now Open on June 28

We're so accustomed to hotel delays that we always seem at loss for words when a hotel actually opens up earlier than expected. Like the Mandarin Oriental Paris.

Last we heard the hotel was opening July 15 but when we checked the website today, the reservations system is now accepting rezzies for arrivals starting June 28. Merveilleux!

Deluxe rooms are going for a steep 985 Euros a night for a grand total of 1,973 Euros. But with the hotel's J'taime Paris opening offer, you can get a deluxe room along with a 300 Euro credit on your room. The only catch is the opening offer doesn't kick in until July 17.

The other catch is that the hotel's website doesn't have any photos up yet so we can't see what these rooms are like. The green renderings are not cutting it.Let's hope they swap those out soon. Remember the last hotel that took forever with their room photos?
