The Yobot has one function: to store your luggage. It's currently free to use, and you can watch it file away your bags for safekeeping simply by placing them in a window, from which the Yobot scoops it up and neatly deposits it into a box of appropriate size. Yes, the Yobot knows the size and weight of your bag without you having to tell it. It's magic!? No, it's science, fancy schmancy science that the Yotel hopes will have you picking their hotel over other affordable options in the city.
For locals, the Yobot is available to you too. The machine lives in a glass booth built into the street-level lobby. You can see it do its thing from both inside the revolving doors, or stay outside on the street, at the floor-length windows there. Now, what nickname can we give to the cute Yobot? We vote Poindexter.
