If you want to get the most bang for your buck on the Fourth of July, head to the W Washington, D.C.'s second annual Boom with a View. We know, it seems like the Fourth is as far away as Christmas, but it's less than three weeks till the holiday.

The main reason to spend your Fourth here is to hang in the W's rooftop, which looks out over the monuments. It gives you a prime perch to watch the National Mall fireworks.

As part of the festivities, there will be a premium open bar open until the fireworks start at 9:15 p.m., hors d'oeuvres from Jean-Georges Vongerichten will be passed around and food stations will be set up throughout the space. After all of the pretty displays light up the sky, DJ Sky Nellor—who's spun for Diddy and OutKast and has a residency at Las Vegas' Pure—will perform.

Tickets to the event, which starts at 6 p.m., cost $225 and can be purchased by visiting the W DC website. But if you want to drink to Uncle Sam with abandon, you can book the Boom with a View package. It includes two tickets to the rooftop par-tay as well as a Wonderful Room starting at $899.
