Where to Spend Some Precious Last Minutes with Flip Cameras

Flip Cameras, we hardly got to spend enough time with you shooting our hotel stays before Cisco decided to shut you down. But if you've never tried a Flip camera before, there's still one place where you can--hotels!

At the Affinia 50 Hotel in New York, they are still running a package aimed at folks who want to photobomb the early morning shows like Today and GMA. The "Get Ready for Your Close Up" package includes poster board, glue, markers, glitter and stickers to make an eye-catching sign, an early morning wake-up call, breakfast to go, a backpack filled with goodies and a Flip camera for documenting all the action. Rates start at $269 a night but sorry, the Flip is just a loaner.

In Chicago, The Hotel Monaco is still carrying their "Flipping Out" Flip camera loan program where guests can borrows the camera to document their time in Chicago. The hotel staff will then upload and email the videos back to the guests.

You can also sneak a peek at the Flip camera before it becomes extinct at Fairmont Hotels who have branded Flip cams at every property.

And lastly, out in Vegas, the Encore Beach Club had specially made Flip cameras done for the 2011 pool seasons. D'oh. This one may actually be a collector's item one day.
