· This hotel boasts views of a river (which was once known as the “Sound River”), a public park (which hosts a weekly farmers market), and a city skyline.
· This is the first boutique hotel to open up in this particular neighborhood; somewhat nearby, another new hotel is going up that was named after the local area code.
· Future hotel guests will be sharing this brand new seven-story space with residents of the adjoining condominiums, which are all part of the same structure.

· The hotel’s pool will be located on the ground floor, outside the lobby bar, which is also where guests show up for check-in.
