The Goring Will Officially See Plenty Royal Action Starting Tomorrow Night
You're either really into The Royal Wedding or totally not, so for those who are, we've got some exciting hotel gossip today.
There's been much talk over where Kate Middleton will hold her hen party, where she'll stay before the wedding and what hotel the couple will pick for their honeymoon. Finally—finally—we can confirm an answer for the first two questions: London's super-British 5-star property The Goring. CNN is reporting that not only will Kate spend tomorrow night—her last night as a single woman—in one of the just-renovated top-floor suites (which boats silk-lined walls and a baby grand piano), but that Kate's parents will also be holing up here.
There are even whispers that the Royal Couple will return to the hotel for their first night as husband and wife, before jetting off for their actual honeymoon. That'd be kinda weird though—with Kate's parents seemingly down the hall and all.
The Goring is used to things like this, so it'll be no sweat for them to organize the security and services needed for what's sure to be a houseful of the VIP-est of VIP guests. Hmm—we wonder if they'll be hosting afternoon tea for the public like usual, or if they'll put the whole place on lockdown from tomorrow.
