Just when New York's Standard Hotel attempts to class things up by bringing in Salman Rushdie to hand-select the hotel library, two catty actresses have to steal the headlines. Apparently The City's semi-reality show star Samantha Swetra made some remarks that offended Boardwalk Empire actress Paz de la Huerta, and the b*tchslapping began. Actually, it was full-on punching, reports Fox:

The fight apparently began after Swetra made a few snide remarks aimed at de la Huerta -- prompting the actress to throw a glass and punch the reality star in the face

All this went down nearly a month ago on March 20, and Paz has now been charged in Manhattan Criminal Court with "criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault and harassment." Hmm...we wonder about the weapon.

Anyway, Paz has had some history with The Standard. Before doing Boardwalk Empire and after playing a sex addict in Choke, she was simply a naked girl writhing on a Standard bed for Olivier Zahm's camera. In fact, that happened almost exactly two years this time. What a way to celebrate the anniversary of her first bit of Standard notoriety.


One of these butts is Paz's, but if you watch Boardwalk Empire, you'll figure out which one fast.
