We promised you there'd be grilled cheese.
What do you do when you're bored? If you're anything like us, going to hang out at a hotel bar/lounge is definitely in the cards. That's basically how we ended up at the W New York Downtown on Saturday evening, cocktails in hand and $11 grilled cheese on plate.
Take the elevator from street level up to the 5th Floor Living Room Lobby, Bar and Terrace and you'll discover something more than their overpriced grilled cheese (which was yummy, but dang). The terrace boasts one of the best accessible views of the continuing construction at Ground Zero, specifically of the growing skyscraper that'll be Freedom Tower.
