Of course, people were likely gawking because of the star wattage factor, but the two most likely stuck out even more because they were way overdressed for the sports bar, with Johansson sporting a low-cut black with dress, black shawl and red lipstick and Penn donning a suit.
It's funny that ScarJo acted so shy and worried about all of the stares because after their table cleared, she hopped in Penn's lap and sucked his face for 15 minutes. Doesn't she realize that a public makeout session will draw looks, even if you're not famous? The two should have just gotten a room at the hotel. The Spanish Colonial-style rooms start at $350 a night, chump change for the power couple.
