The brewskis come from Anderson Valley Brewing Company and the cheese hail from regional purveyors. Without further ado, the suds-and-dairy teams:
Poleeko Pale Ale, which has a floral bouquet and a citrusy finish, is paired with Capricous, a firm goat's milk aged 3 months from Achadinha Cheese in Petaluma, California.
Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout, which has a smooth mouthfeel and mocha character, is served with Echo Mountain, a semi-firm raw cow and goat's milk from Rogue Creamery in Central Point, Oregon.
Boont Amber Ale, a medium-bodied pale ale with a caramel-malt flavor, comes with Loma Alta, a semi-soft cow's milk from Nicasio Valley Cheese Company in Nicasio, California.
Of course, the bar will show all of the games on an HD flat-screen television during the tourney so that you can watch the game while eating and drinking your way through the bracket. The promotion will run through the tournament, ending on April 2.
