The Mondrian New York is 'Casting' for Employees Tomorrow

Do you have what it takes to fluff and arrange these pillows so they look "just so"? If you do, then you can work at The Mondrian!
On Monday, we looked at the first batch of hotels opening in NYC in early 2011 and on that list we had the Mondrian New York which is set to open in Soho in February.
Of course, we always have to "manage our expectations" with these opening dates but here's a good sign that Mondrian will make that Feb opening--they are holding a "casting call" for employees tomorrow.
The job fair, which is what it essentially is, is happening at Good Units at The Hudson Hotel from 11am to 8pm. The Mondrian is interviewing for all positions from front office managers to housekeepers and security. And they say no experience is needed for most positions.
Not keen on a hotel job but want to be involved with The Mondrian somehow? The very next day--Friday, January 7--they are holding a job fair for the hotel's restaurant, Imperial No. 9 from Top Chef alum Sam Talbot. That will actually be held at 76 Mercer Street from 11am to 8pm. Bartenders, cooks, hosts and servers alike are wanted.
So break out your latest headshots and your tightest white and black t-shirts and knock' the folks of the too-cool Morgans Hotel Group dead with your icy demeanor and nonstop Blue Steel!
