The Kardashians were not the only ones staying in the hotel while/during filming. Kourtney's baby daddy, Scott Disick was also there but staying in a room down the hall while him and Kourtney create a fake storyline work out some differences in their relationship. When Kourtney asked Scott how his room was he said, "Good. Clean. Better than Miami." Ouch, was that a diss to the Hilton Bentley?

Much of the episode is centered around the girls opening their DASH fashion store in Soho and Kim getting her groove back with men but most of the hotel scenes featured more of Kourtney and Scott doing goofy stuff in bed (i.e. "Counterclockwise boob swirl,") feeding each other room service breakfast, offering bad dating advice to Kim and having makeup sex in the bedroom. (Ewww.)

Later on in the episode, the girls did make it to the hotel's fitness center (in full makeup) and after a good date, Kim even brings a boy back to the hotel suite where he tries to kiss her on the rooftop but gets denied (in front of the cameras!)

Of course, like much of the Kardashians, the episodes are pretty fake. NY Post reported that a source close to the hotel said that the girls woke up at 7am but filming never started until the afternoons so that the girls could get their hair and makeup done. Scene were also reshot several times and often staged. Surprise, surprise.
