Dexter, Nurse Jackie, Tara And Co. Take Showtime To Cassa

Ever wondered what kind hotel Dexter or Nurse Jackie would stay in? While the Showtime House--a design event that marries interior design and Showtime's biggest characters--actually has very little to do with hotels, this year it's located inside one, New York's Cassa Hotel & Residences.

Which gave us a great excuse to check out what the designers had come up with for the fictional characters and also see what Cassa has to offer in real life.

We'll have more of the regular hotel rooms to show you tomorrow, but for now, take a spin through some of the Showtime House rooms, and keep your eyes peeled for views that could be yours if you were a hotel guest here ...

You too can do what we did and stroll through the Showtime House while also surreptitiously checking out Cassa. The rooms--all located on the building's three penthouses--will be open to the public on Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., starting this weekend through October 24.

Tickets are $15 each, with proceeds benefiting non-profit organization, Harlem Children's Zone. But if you stay at Cassa on a Saturday night while Showtime is also shacking up at the hotel, you'll automatically receive two tickets to the exhibition.

Best available rates for this Saturday night start at $509 a night, though, so you'd better really love your Weeds and United States of Tara.
