The first date showing up as bookable via the hotel's online rezzie system is January 2. The kinda good news is that there is an Advance Purchase offer on the entry-level Missoni Room, with rates starting at USD $283 a night.
This will get you either a king or twin beds, as well as a daybed area and work space. Bathrooms have walk-in rain showers, and some come with tubs. Excellently, there is Free WiFi throughout the hotel, and the room rate also includes a free a la carte breakfast, healthy minibar, local calls and newspaper, in-room coffee and tea, turndown service and the complimentary Maserati limo service from the airport we've been drooling over for months.
If, like us, you're bummed by having to wait another four months for Hotel Missoni Kuwait to open, we suggest hitting up the hotel's website and clicking on "The Experience." There, you'll get a virtual walk-through starring the lady in the picture above. You get to see the soaking tub, the hotel's rich color scheme, and the lady's killer wardrobe as she strolls around the room.
Maybe she can leaving it hanging in the closet for when we check in next January?
