Soho Beach House Is Taking Reservations From October 18

Could it be the tiptoe of another members-only club on Miami Beach that has Soho Beach House planning to open earlier than we expected?

ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa opens its Beach Club in November—which is when we thought we'd see Soho Beach House open as well. But we've been alerted that the November 1st date we last reported was off by a few weeks.

Soho Beach House is actually taking reservations from October 18.

The opening rate is the same as what we saw for November—Bayside Rooms from $325 a night.

That's pricey, sure, but it is a Soho House property and it is right on the beach. Compare this rate to a standard room with no view at the neighboring Fontainebleau on October 18—that's $309. But of course, there, you're shacking up next to 1503 other guestrooms. At Soho Beach House, there are just 50 guest rooms.

That's barely enough to house the Kardashians. And we mean that as a good thing.

Just remember, if you're trying to book online, the calendar page defaults to November as the first available. Don't buy it—just click the back arrow, and you'll be able to book from October 18 on.
