Proof That Progress Is Afoot With The Second Half Of Dream South Beach

Yesterday we took you inside one half of what will eventually become Dream South Beach--the Palmer House building, currently operating as its own little hotel. But look, there is work going on over at the Tudor Hotel portion of the Dream!
We can also tell you that both days we were at Palmer House, there was plenty of workers on site, ongoing activity, and yes, even construction noise that woke us up in the morning. (We may be the only guests who heard it and thought: 'Oh well, at least it means that they really are working to get Dream open.')

Here, too, is proof that progress is afoot. The bridge between the two rooftops actually exists in real life and not just renderings.
Finally, here's a sneak peek of the only part of the Tudor side we could see that was finished--the patio right outside the north end of the building. It even echoes the design of the interior doors of the guest rooms.

So. The Dream is (almost) alive and well. Set your countdown clocks and start making your best guesses for the actual opening date ... now.
