Foursquare and 'Amazing Race Asia' Can Win You Free Hilton Hotel Nights

Although the grand prize for the winner of Amazing Race Asia is only $100,000 compared to the US version's $1,000,000 prize, people still get caught up in the adventure and fast pace of the TV show. This year, when Amazing Race Asia premieres with its fourth season in a few days, audiences at home will be able to get deeper into the action than ever, thanks to a partnership with Hilton Hotels and Foursquare.

Here's what's happening: When the season begins airing on September 23, TV viewers will watch as the racers go from city to city, but also from Hilton Hotel to Hilton Hotel, all around Asia. As first arriving racers win Hilton vacation packages on some legs, those at home will also be able to race to Hilton Hotels get their own prizes, thanks to Foursquare:

Ten episodes of the show will feature a unique ‘Check-in and Win’ contest for viewers. A ‘pit stop’ in a designated Hilton property will be revealed at the end of each programme and the first five viewers to check-in using Foursquare between 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. during the following seven days will win a host of Hilton prizes including room nights and dining vouchers. These viewers’ pit-stops are located at Hilton properties across the region including Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.

This is going to be huge! Also, they've basically just told us what countries the Amazing Racers will hit this season. Foursquare is huge in Japan, so we're assuming the craze has spread to these places as well...hopefully. We hope people get some of the Foursquare rush on camera, because this could easily get crazy/dangerous.

In order to discover these pit stops, you'll have to watch each episode of Amazing Race Asia, so start marking them on your calendars now. Fingers crossed that they bring this to the US next season!
