The Savannah

Sure, summer is almost over, but we can still pretend that it's not going anywhere. One way to do that is by indulging in alcohol-infused Sno-Cone cocktails at the Liaison Capitol Hill's Art and Soul restaurant, which has a whole menu dedicated to the delicious icy treats.

But you won't just get boring old cherry here. Instead, these more adult versions of crushed ice are drenched in alcohol like St.-Germain and cachaça and are served in a cone-shaped martini glass.

The Rehoboth

The Savannah Sno-Cone cocktail is made of vodka, African nectar tea and peaches. The Laurel Park has gin, St.-Germain, sparkling rose, cucumbers and strawberries. The Rehoboth goes a little tropical with cachaça, pineapple and spearmint rimmed with smoked black salt.

Helmed by celeb chef Art Smith—Oprah's former personal chef—Art and Soul serves the Sno-Cone menu on its outdoor patio. The icy cocktails cost $12, or $6 during happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday. The restaurant will serve them until the weather gets cool, so indulge while you can.
