Who's thirsty? It's time for another installment of our Summer Cocktails series. All summer long we'll profile fun new summer drinks served at hotels around the world. Got one we should know about? Send us the recipe with a photo of the drink. Otherwise, enjoy and @reply us when you're wasted!

There are quite a few dining options at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, but for its selection of all things sushi, sashimi and Sake, we'd be hitting up Morimoto before any of the other restaurants if we were livin' la vida Boca this summer.

And here's what we'd be ordering to drink: Sushi Master Masaharu Morimoto's signature cocktail, the Morimotini ...

The recipe includes:

· 2 ounces of Belvedere Vodka
· 2 ounces Junmai Sake
· 4 thin slices of cucumber

To make, Sushi Master Morimoto muddles three slices of cucumber in a shaker with the Junmai Sake, then fills the shaker with ice and the Belvedere. He then shake, shake, shakes and strains the concoction into a martini glass rimmed with salt.

The final touch? Floating that last cucumber in the drink, or hanging it on the edge of the glass as shown here.

Morimoto is open for dinner from 5:00—10:00 p.m. but you'd probably find us there for lunch, from noon to 3:00 p.m. instead. It's a Summer Friday, after all.

Kampai!
