It may have been Gloria Estefan who warned that the rhythm was gonna get you, but it's Salma Hayek who inspired the brand new Rhythm Massage at the Spa at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.

The spa launches 19 new treatments this month, including the Carita Contour to target cellulite and the Hungarian Mud Wrap to detox and heal aching joints and tired skin.

But it's the Rhythm Massage we're dying to try, if only for the music alone...

We're not always keen on that zen, sleep-inducing music played in spas, so this one using Latin beats to create energy or relaxation—or both—sounds like a party on a massage table.

The treatment was created by one of the Ritz-Carlton South Beach Spa's massage therapists, Dayalis Gonzales, who is of Cuban descent. She loves her job and is passionate about Latin and Spanish music, so she decided to combine the two and incorporate cross-fiber friction and percussion—on your body.

Apparently the light touches and long strokes are followed by more percussive-like beats, resulting in what feels like a dance. And not just any dance, says a hotel rep, but a sexy-mama salsa club-style dance not unlike the one Salma Hayek performs in From Dusk Till Dawn.

We're pretty sure a George Clooney appearance is not included in the treatment—$155 for 50 minutes—but once you're all Rhythm'd up, might we suggest popping up to the pool deck for a little visit with the Tanning Butler?
