Who's thirsty? It's time for another installment of our Summer Cocktails series. All summer long we'll profile fun new summer drinks served at hotels around the world. Got one we should know about? Send us the recipe with a photo of the drink. Otherwise, enjoy and @reply us when you're wasted!

Often the Summer Cocktails we share with you at Drink O'Clock on a Friday are from boutique hotels but we're happy to say that today's starring beverage is available at Westin Hotels across North America.

Each of the 70+ participating hotels will offer a classic Cuban Mojito along with variations on the theme but all inspired by the chain's SuperFoods menu. And you know that means? The cocktails are good for us. Hells, yeah!

The custom lineup was created for Westin by Francesco Lafranconi, director of mixology for Southern Wine & Spirits of America, and includes such delightful-sounding concoctions as the Blueberry Mojito, Pineapple and Ginger Mojito, and the Strawberry Kiwi Mojito.

We snared the recipe for the Westin's Triple Berry Mojito, pictured above.

Ingredients:

· 1.5 oz Bacardi Limón or rum of choice
· 3 of each: raspberry, blackberry and blueberry
· 2 oz lime "sweet 'n sour" (Combine equal parts of fresh squeezed lime juice and simple sugar syrup**)
· 12 mint leaves
· 2 oz club soda

Method: Place the mint leaves and lime sweet 'n sour in a highball glass with berries, then muddle for about 5 seconds. Add ice, rum and soda. Stir and serve. Garnish with one of each berry pierced with a cocktail pick and sprig of mint.

Cheers!

**To make simple syrup: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil; simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.***

***But if you are a lush keen cocktail connoisseur, you already know this.
