Weil, who has been the director for Integrative Health & Healing at Miraval since 2005, devised a three-level program where you can choose the step right for you. In the first level, an introduction to integrative medicine, an doctor will look at how your lifestyle affects your health in a 50-minute consultation. Then the doc will make recommendations on things you can do to reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases.

Level two offers all of level one's perks, but goes more in depth with a second 50-minute consultation. Plus he'll create an individualized wellness plan and refer you to the appropriate Miraval specialists and activities to integrate nutrition, exercise, stress management into your life.

The last level, "8 Weeks to Optimum Health," is based on Weil's book of the same name. This program mimics level two but also goes week-by-week, step-by-step to set goals and make needed changes. You'll get direction from a doctor as well as other Miraval wellness specialists to address your personal issues and goals in seven 25-minute weekly follow-up phone consultations.

Of course, to get all of this personal attention you'd have to have Kardashian's bank account. Level one will cost $395, level two $790 plus lab work costs, and level three is $2,155 plus lab work fees.
