We haven't seen the menus yet, but we've been told to expect English's "playful interpretations and modern riffs on the French classics."
The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and OpenTable puts the price range at $31–50.
During our pre-opening tour of the hotel, we walked through the Ça Va space, which looks big and airy and appropriately bistro-ey. We especially liked the sound of the lounge area adjacent to the bar where you'll be able to order small plates and a cocktail or three.
