The highlight for us has got to be the sweeping balcony which can entertain up to 40 guests. Imagine dropping that one into the conversation, would one like to come back to ones private rooftop party at London’s most prestigious address?
Guests also have the option of taking breakfast, lunch or dinner in the private dining room which can be prepared by staff through the discreet use of the adjoining kitchen. If we were staying in the suite we certainly wouldn’t want to leave it either.
In Mandarin Oriental’s true, signature style, every little detail in the suite is of the finest quality. The walls are decked out in original art supplied by the Halcyon Gallery, which should you have the pounds, is also available for purchase. The master bathroom contains a bespoke shower with ‘Thunder and Tropic Water’ settings and a large bath complete with fibre optic chandelier to induce the mood. The walk in wardrobe has separate male and female areas. Seriously, could this suite be any suiter?
Bookings are been taken now for stays from 1 August 2010. Room rates start from £9,500+ for the three bedroom suite. Somehow we can't see our bank balances letting us check-in anytime soon!
