And von Furstenberg's hotel design touches go beyond sheets and drapes. She has also created a vanity, a traveling trunk, a desk and a cocktail bar for each of the 20 rooms. In addition to that, her own travel photography will hang on the walls.
But further details are still rather scant on the hotel rooms. We're not seeing anything remotely related to DVF on the Claridge's website. In fact, the site is still showing old pictures of the Piano Suite.
There's also no word on pricing or how to book these rooms but we're guessing they are going to be significantly higher than the standard rooms at the hotel which start at about £269 a night. Of course, we'll be on the lookout for any true sneak peeks of the DVF rooms at Claridge's. And by that we mean photos. Check back again with us on Wednesday to see what we've found. (Or send us your own!)
