These won’t be some ordinary french fries. The hotel bar uses Ohio potatoes to make its hand-cut fries. Flavors include truffle and duck fat fries made with smoked sea salt, or french fries made with lemon salt, fresh oregano and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Sounds like they beat the ones at McDonald’s.
We know it’s bad, but we love french fries so much that we might just go to the 12th-floor deca Bar on both days to get the tasty snacks. Hey, the holiday only comes once a year. We wish you a happy French Fries Day as well.
