If you're still trying to figure out how to get into the Boom Boom Room Top Of The Standard with your dignity in tact, here's an idea: ditch that, and start scheming for a visit to The Standard NYC's new hotspot, which will apparently be housed inside an Airstream trailer.

Eater NY brings us word of the new bar on the 19th floor, with the Airsteam scoop coming via Eater co-founder Ben Leventhal's Twitter account.

As with all things Standard, there are few—well, no—official details about the bar from Andre & co. as yet, but we're sure that breathless nuggets of signature drinks and nasty door policies will start to trickle through the blogosphere in the coming weeks.

So strap on your platform booties and stash some tissues in your pocket for when the inevitable happens and the Airstream door slams in your face ... it's time to play Let's See Who Can Get Into The Hot New Rooftop Bar!
