If you've ever watched an episode of Nip/Tuck or Extreme Makeover, you know that the post-plastic surgery period ain't pretty. But if you could have a procedure and then heal at the Four Seasons, wouldn't you feel a whole lot better about your Botoxed new self?

We're sure lots of hotels host recovering plastic-surgery patients, but at the Four Seasons Miami you don't even have to go outside post-op. You can go straight from the operating room to a swanky suite—in a secret elevator tucked away from prying eyes.

Let's get the disclaimer out of the way right now—the plastic surgery practice in question, The MIAMI Institute for Age Management and Intervention is not sponsored by or affiliated with the Four Seasons Miami. It does, however, reside in the Four Seasons tower—and does offer its patients special recovery packages at the hotel.

The Peace of Mind package offered by the Miami Institute, for example, is an all-inclusive after-care program where medical staff can visit you in your hotel suite to make sure your recovery is going as planned.

The recovery experience begins a few hours after surgery when the patient is transported, via private elevator, to a specially appointed suite upstairs at the luxe Four Seasons Hotel.

There is no price mentioned—we imagine it all depends on what work you've had done, how long you'll need to stay, and how much you utilize the Miami Institute's staff and services.

With privacy of the utmost importance, reservations are made when you book your surgery, and the Institute takes care of all the hotel billing for you. No need to check in or out at the front desk, and there is that super secret elevator that we're now dying to find on our next visit to Miami.

It should come as no surprise whatsoever that a similar set-up exists at the Four Seasons Westlake Village, where the basement is home to the California Health & Longevity Institute.

Don't say we never tell you which hotels are best for star spotting!
