South Beach bid farewell to the cast of The Jersey Shore this past weekend—just in time for the Memorial Day holiday. But as Seaside braces itself for the return of its favorite summer residents, Miami's Metropole Hotel will be throwing open its doors to anyone who wants to sleep with in The Situation's bed.

Folks interested in staying in the Jersey Shore Suite might be interested to know that the hotel shares a block with, uh, the Dade County Health Department. We noticed this while in South Beach last week, and couldn't help but wonder if the cast ever utilized the services next door. (They take care of STD prevention, women's health, and other immunizations and health needs.)

Or perhaps they were more inclined to shop at Steve Madden, located in their own building downstairs?

We hear that there has been strong interest in the Jersey Shore Suite, although when we checked the Metropole's website last night, the suite was still listed as available for June 1st (the first day they'll start renting it out). Here's the description:

Four Bedroom Suite. One of a kind--sleeps eight guests. This retro crash pad features four bedrooms with three full bathrooms, a living room with state-of-the-art entertainment center and a full Italian-style kitchen. Averaging 1,500 square-feet, the suite is a favorite hideway for celebs and jetsetters. Located on the hotel's ground floor, the suite opens up to the lush tropical courtyard just steps from the inviting splash pool.

And the rate? On June 1st, $1,059 a night. But on Fridays and Saturdays it goes for $1,439 a night.

The second season of The Jersey Shore premieres on MTV on July 29.
