Four Seasons London Will Be So Different Post Refurb, It'll Be A 'New Hotel'
This could do with being “new”
Hotel makeover alert! The Four Seasons London will apparently look like a completely new place when it reopens at the end of the year after a refurbishment. So new, in fact, that it’s actually going to be pushed as a “new hotel”, according to Travel Trade Gazette. How exciting!
It’s not just dinky refinements being made to rooms – although all 192 rooms are being completely overhauled. The hotel is having a whole new floor built to include a rooftop spa overlooking Hyde Park, as well as a new bar and refurbed restaurants.
Looks like our tipster wasn’t exaggerating when they said the place was being “completely gutted” in Februrary.
We’re not quite sure that a renovation doth a new hotel make, but we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Let’s hope they really do transform it.
