In December 2008, Standard Hotels began selling limited-edition, street artist-designed $55 T-shirts. And you know what? They must have done quite well, because The Standard has invited back a couple of those artists to collaborate on a new similarly exclusive collection of scarves, available both online and at Standard Hotels' NYC gift shop.

The $225 silk-cashmere blend scarves with hand-rolled edges feature the designs of Jose Parla, Rostarr and Thomas Campbell, who respectively represent Miami, New York and LA. There will be only 100 produced in each style, and despite the high price ($225 is more than you'd pay for a night at The Standard), we're sure that folks in town for the various design fairs and whatnots will gobble them up.

So now that Standard Hotels have done T-shirts, scarves, swim trunks, a bikini, towels and various other little trinkets, what'll be next? Our guess: a limited-edition accent chair. Those babies are just so hot right now.
