We told you about Affinia Chicago's chef Marcus Samuelsson of C-House when we attended its Bravo's Top Chef Masters viewing party. But the show has three other cheftestants who hail from hotel kitchens.

Find out which hotel celeb chefs are stirring things up on the show after the jump.

· Jody Adams
This James Beard Award-winning chef keeps her knives at the Rialto in the Charles Hotel in Cambridge. There, Adams crafts regional Italian dishes with New England ingredients, like the seared salt cod gnocchi with eggplant, tomatoes and bottarga. She makes her TCM debut tonight.

· Susan Feniger
This cheftestant advanced to the next round of TCM on the April 7 episode. When she's not doing quick-fires, she cooks upscale Mexican food, like pineapple guajillo-marinated Kobe beef tacos, at Border Grill in the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

· Rick Moonen
Mandalay Bay is really representing. At the Vegas hotel's RM Seafood, Moonen focuses on food like beer-battered fish 'n' chips. It's the same type of dish that won the lovable but kinda crazy Moonen—he almost threw down with contestant Ludo Lefebvre—last week's round.
