Another App To Add to Your Collection: IHG's Priority Club Rewards

Hotels keep on rolling out iPhone apps and the latest hotel to join the appwagon is InterContinental Hotels who have created an app especially for their Priority Club Rewards program.

In addition to making reservations at all seven IHG brands, the app allows you to view your Priority Club Rewards member details and browse some special offers. For those of you who aren't a member of PCR, you can actually sign-up via the app.

The rest of the functions are typical, ho-hum iPhone hotel app functions like: click-to-call the front desk for each hotel; use GPS of the iPhone to find nearby IHG hotels and view photos and amenities of the hotel. However, what is cool is the new PCR iPhone app promotion. Guests who book stays through June 15, 2010 via the iPhone app will earn 1,000 PCR bonus points.

The Priority Rewards Club app is available for free at the iPhone app store. IHG expects to roll out a similar app for Blackberry and Android later this year.
