Annual membership for Soho House New York starts at $900, but only if you're 27. Older folks must fork out at least $1,800—or more for access to all Soho House outposts.
If you don't opt for membership, you will still be able to reserve a hotel room here, but so far there's no word on rates. Apparently, they'll start taking reservations in the summer, so stay tuned.
Soho Beach House Miami will aim to maintain the brand's exclusive feel with its location north of all the party-places (it's up near 44th Street) and perks that include a rooftop "Cowshed" spa with wooden cabins for private treatments, two pools, and a tropical garden with both public and private spaces.
We can't wait to see which celebs sign up for membership, and which ensuing scandal can top the infamous child-ecstasy-pill-eating story that inaugurated the original Soho House in London...
