
You can see more of these renderings at the hotel's new website, but don't get too excited about that "Reservations" tab. It's not operational yet, and it may be another few months before you can make a booking here.
The latest on the opening date is still the rather broad "Fall", but we do hear that there's a push to get everything ready by the time Miami's high season kicks off in October/November.
A rep for the hotel tells us that some of the delays have been due to standard issues like permits, but they are also doing "some pretty amazing stuff" to the Tudor building—which is one half of the new Dream premises. Case in point: caniltevering a new pool onto the roof.

And in case you were wondering, room rates will average around $300 a night.
