The Tribeca Film Festival Hotel-Hopping List is Shaping Up

Now we're less than a week away from kick off, details of the panels and parties for the Tribeca Film Festival are starting to come together. As you'd expect, most of the action is happening downtown. (We often see crowds of bearded, cool-hatted filmmaker types smoking outside the Tribeca Grand this time of year, and if you want to festival-gawk, we suggest this be your first stop.)

Here's where you'll find some of the film-fest fun over the next couple of weeks�but stay tuned for more updates, as each of the big films tends to throw their own parties and often at hotels.

Oh, and most of these are invitation-only, so start sucking up to your cinephile friends now.

Tuesday, April 20, 8 p.m.�midnight
The Company 3 New Filmmakers Party at The Bowery Hotel

Thursday, April 22, 9:30�11:30 a.m.
The TFI Sloan Filmmaker Fund Works in Progress Presentation at Crosby Street Hotel

Tuesday, April 27, 8�11 p.m.
Documentary Filmmaker Party hosted by You Tube at Hotel on Rivington

Thursday, April 29, 7�9 p.m.
Awards Night Party at W Hotel Union Square

Saturday, May 1, 8 p.m.
Awards Wrap Party hosted by Heineken at Location TBD. Hmm, could it be a hotel? And which one...?
