UPDATE: Quikbook.com is offering room rates for as low as $179 for stays from 6/01-9/06. The booking begins tomorrow (4/14.)
It's too early on a Monday to recount the long list of opening dates Fashion 26 has had—but changed or missed—lately. So we'll just keep it simple: The hotel is now opening tomorrow!
While checking to see if April 16 was still a feasible opening date (following the flood clean-up at the hotel), we learned that Fashion 26 will officially throw open its doors at 7 a.m. on April 13. What a relief! (Although let's save the celebratory dance until tomorrow morning, just to be 100% sure.)
We found a Standard Queen room available tomorrow for $219 a night.
In other Fashion 26 news, the hotel reports on its Facebook page that the Rare rooftop bar should be open in late May.
It joins a growing list of new, outdoor watering holes at NYC hotels, including bars at The Strand, The Kimberly, Trump SoHo, and Ink48.
