Countdown to the Armani Hotel Dubai: Floorplans!

Are you as excited as we are? Well, we hope so, since we've got some fun news to share regarding the Armani Hotel Dubai! Not only will this first of the Armani Hotels open in the world's tallest building in less two weeks, but we've found a floorplan for the hotel's guest rooms! Hopefully this will tide us over until the actual opening, when we're hoping the hotel will release some good real photos of the goodies in the place that make it worth paying over $1,000 a night for even the cheapest room.

Of course, the largest suites are to be found on the tips of each of the three wings, and it looks like two of the three suites per floor feature two full bedrooms, a huge common area that no doubt emphasizes the views out of the windows, and several bathrooms and walk-in closets. But other than that, we don't see too much crazyness going on in there. Just really nice standard hotel rooms with lots of space and lots of impressive views.

What is probably most notable about this floorplan is that even the smallest rooms—which look to be A1-09 and A1-07—feature small kitchenettes with a dining table. And since they are so thin as to fit into the crease of the building, they remind us of the compact rooms found on cruise ships. It's these that will begin at $1,089 during the firsts few weeks that the hotel is open, so maybe it'd be worth it to throw down a few hundred more and really get a view that not's just across the way into another $1,089 room.
