We've long been wondering what the rooms looked like at the brand new Halcyon Hotel in Bath, England but when the hotel opened last month, they were still displaying black and white sketches of the rooms on their website. We'd almost prefer a thumbnail photo to that!
However, the hotel has finally come through with plenty of pictures on its website. There are room photos for each type of room (that one above is the Studio room) as well as photos of the bar and the rest of the hotel.
Room rates start at £99 a night and they do include free WiFi but the hotel is probably still working out some kinks. A HotelChatter reader left his unhappy review here while the The Guardian was miffed about paying extra for breakfast and The Independent said staffers were acting as both bartenders and front desk clerks.
Hopefully, by the time the weather gets warmer the Halcyon will find its groove.
