Todd English is In The Kitchen at the IC Times Square? Of Course He Is

You’ll have to forgive us for not talking about this before, but can you blame us? What with his newest Vegas restaurant, the food court at The Plaza, his Great Jones Hotel project, and that ill-fated wedding last fall, we thought ubiquito-chef Todd English must have his hands full.

Silly us! Of course he is also in the kitchen at the new IC Times Square. I mean, he has that one hour left in his schedule every third Tuesday of the month and he must have something to do!

The fact that the newest IC in Manhattan would have a Todd English restaurant is not new, but thanks to snaps like this one on the hotel’s Facebook page, we now have a name to go with the place—Ça Va.

The restaurant will have three private dining areas and (according to the press release) “a dynamic bar area overlooking Broadway that captures the energy of the Theatre District.” You know Todd loves drama!

In case the name didn’t clue you in, Ça Va will be a French-bistro style restaurant—“my version of a brasserie,” English says. We don’t have a menu yet but you can get a sneak peek in pictures by clicking over to the Facebook album the IC Times Square posted yesterday.
