It’s not too early to be thinking about Memorial Day weekend, is it? Good, because we’ve got our eye on this TravelZoo deal at the Mondrian South Beach. The Morgans Hotel on the quieter side of SoBe has reduced rates of $195 or $245 a night between April and June—and, happy days, Memorial Day weekend is still available.

Bay-view studios and One-Bedroom Suites are both $245 a night each night that weekend, and on the night of the Memorial Day Monday, the studios drop to $195 a night.

If you want to splurge, the same offer gets you a One-Bedroom Balcony Suite King for $295 a night. For Miami on a holiday weekend, this is a steal—compare it to the $595 a night rate for this weekend in the same room category. We stayed in one of these rooms last August, and even though it doesn’t have a proper bay view (that’s a higher price point), you do get a glimpse of blue water from your balcony …

And in the other direction, you get a nice wide-angle view of South Pointe and the lower end of South Beach.

Not bad, right? The deal also includes continental breakfast for two daily, which saves you at least twenty bucks at a place like this.
