Why yes, this will cheer you right up

Ladies, has your man ever cheated on you? Did it knock your confidence for six? Make you feel unattractive? Turn you to drink? Should have gone to the Renaissance Chancery Court.

Yes, the prize for the most unappetizing launch of the week goes to the Get Your Groove Back package at the London hotel, which they’ve brought out in the wake of what seems like every other famous man in Britain cheating/sexting on their respective wives. The press release is exhorting scorned women everywhere to “follow in the footsteps of Cheryl [Cole] and Toni [Terry] by taking time out to escape the drama with a change of scenery.”

Cheryl chose LA, of course, and Toni went to Dubai, but obviously the choice du jour for civilians is the Renaissance Chancery Court. Er, yeah…

If, by any chance, you think a minibreak will ease your heartbreak, then the package gets you a night in a deluxe room, a bottle of champagne, a facial and manicure at the spa, a cut and blowdry at a nearby hairdressers, a three course dinner in the Lounge and a cocktail at the lovely Pearl restaurant.

The price for all of this? £400 if you want to keep that bed all to yourself (weekend price), or £640 for two people (a rebound? Your BFF? A post-spa make up sesh with your cheating lovah?) Also, be aware you have to book two weeks ahead. Because heartbreak’s easily plannable, isn’t it?
