While Evan Lysacek may have his sights on being a hotel mogul in the vein on Andre Balazs, other Olympic and Paralympics athletes with a desire to get into the hospitality industry can look to Hilton Hotels for some career guidance.

Hilton Worldwide has partnered with the United States Olympics Committee and Adecco Group North America, a provider of recruitment and workforce solutions, to help Olympians find jobs at hotel and corporate offices in the U.S.

Through the program, athletes will receive a salary and health benefits, but most importantly gain skills that will allow them to be successful in their post-competitive careers. Various positions range from front desk, bell desk and concierge positions, to kitchen staff, marketing, accounting and other corporate and on-property positions.

With more than 3,150 Hilton Worldwide hotels in the United States and more than 30 corporate or regional offices, athletes can secure jobs without having to leave their desired training destination.

So you never know who might be greeting you at your next stay with Hilton. And if you're lucky, maybe they will show off their medals too.
